As a group, we promote solidarity, camaraderie, and always strive to help one another during every adventure.
However, I acknowledge that unforeseen situations beyond the control of the group or the organizers may occur.

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an activity organized by JetRider Nation Costa Rica, which involves the use of personal watercraft and open sea navigation. I understand that these types of activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: changing weather conditions, mechanical failures, collisions, physical injuries, sun exposure, dehydration, and other hazards related to water sports.

I declare that my personal watercraft is in good mechanical condition, has received proper maintenance, and is ready to operate without posing a risk to myself or others. I understand that any malfunction or technical issue is solely my responsibility.

I assume full responsibility for any situation that may arise during my participation, including but not limited to: needing to be towed, personal injuries, damage to third-party property, or any other expense resulting from incidents I cause or am involved in. I agree to cover any costs related to such events without holding JetRider Nation Costa Rica or its representatives liable.

I understand and accept that neither JetRider Nation Costa Rica nor its organizers, affiliates, or collaborators assume any responsibility for accidents, losses, injuries, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. I acknowledge that no medical, accident, or liability insurance is provided as part of my participation.

I declare that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in this activity, I know how to swim, and I commit to following all safety rules and guidelines provided by the event organizers.

I authorize JetRider Nation Costa Rica to use photos, videos, or recordings in which I appear, taken during the event, for promotional or documentary purposes. In case of emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek medical attention on my behalf if I am unable to do so.
